Description

Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in local communities.
Identify and pursue opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads and potential enrollments.
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners such as senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based organizations.
Develop and implement monthly marketing plans with the MOE Director to meet enrollment metric goals.
Provide education about WelbeHealth services to community referral sources.
Support the enrollment process by generating quality referrals and guiding prospective participants into the PACE program.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales and marketing role.
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
Outside sales experience preferred.
Experience with technology tools such as Salesforce or Athena.
Ability to work in community-based outreach settings and engage with external partners.
Compliance with the company’s COVID-19 vaccination policy, including proof of vaccination or a vaccine declination form prior to employment.

Benefits

$75,000 annual base salary.
Compensation includes base pay plus bonus.
