Description

  • Drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline at 3X+ of plan to support quota attainment.
  • Execute high-impact strategies to convert opportunities and close complex sales cycles.
  • Lead multi-threaded engagements with key stakeholders to strengthen deal outcomes and client relationships.
  • Uncover business needs, align solutions, and demonstrate value to influence buying decisions.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce to ensure visibility and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and executive leadership to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Apply advanced sales techniques and continuously refine best practices across the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience.
  • Experience closing complex sales cycles.
  • Consistent track record of over-achieving quota, ideally in the top 10-20% of the company.
  • Experience closing transactions above $150k ACV with line-of-business executives.
  • Advanced+ English proficiency.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with no fixed working hours.
  • Some local and international travel may be required for internal or external events.
