Description

  • Lead outbound B2B sales to prospect and close high-ticket deals in web scraping, custom data extraction, and proxy solutions.
  • Generate leads by targeting CTOs, Product Managers, and Data Engineers through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and conferences.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, demos, negotiations, and closing.
  • Own and develop CRM-based sales processes and follow-up discipline.
  • Apply deep market knowledge of the European data, proxy, and scraping landscape to support growth.
  • Contribute to scalable revenue growth across Europe and support the company's business expansion goals.
  • Build and help develop a scalable sales function and high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience in proxy/scraping technology; applicants must come strictly from this niche.
  • Strong expertise and proven track record in outbound B2B tech or SaaS sales with high-ticket deals.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with cold outreach tools and workflows, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Hunter.io.
  • Ability to explain the value of proxies, APIs, and data extraction solutions in a tech-savvy sales context.
  • Strong pipeline management skills, including prioritization, follow-ups, and closing.
  • Empathy and grit, with the ability to listen, adapt, and persist without being pushy.
  • Native English proficiency.
