Description

  • Conduct structured market scans to identify, segment, and prioritize potential partners.
  • Build and maintain the partner landscape, pipeline, competitive mapping, and strategy fit analysis.
  • Develop early-stage business cases for new and expanded partnerships, including revenue, ROI, and TCOC impact.
  • Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Product to model scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and commercial structures.
  • Own contracting and process management from term sheet through signature and handoff to implementation.
  • Coordinate workflows across Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, Finance, and business owners to keep negotiations on track.
  • Maintain trackers, status dashboards, and key terms summaries for active and prospective partnerships.
  • Lead ecosystem integration workstreams and coordinate technical integration, operational readiness, and launch execution.
  • Define end-to-end process flows across Included Health and partner teams, including eligibility, data exchange, referrals, reporting, and issue management.
  • Work with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Engineering to align on integration scope and create GTM materials and launch support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6–8+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare consulting, partnerships, business development, strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience working with payers, TPAs, PBMs, or digital health solutions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases, ROI models, and performance dashboards.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
  • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work is a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-ready materials.
