Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of pipeline programs from insight and strategy through execution and post-program analysis.
  • Identify pipeline gaps across segments and design outbound programs to address them.
  • Develop repeatable, scalable sales plays that can be activated across AE, ADR, Specialist AE, and CSM teams.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and alignment across Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Manage target account selection, field engagement, communications strategy, take-rate optimization, and results readouts.
  • Build and maintain centralized program trackers and enforce consistency across program types and segments.
  • Analyze pipeline health signals, set program targets, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Use AI to automate repetitive processes and streamline tracking and reporting.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Revenue Programs, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or a closely related field in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven experience designing and executing outbound sales programs that measurably improve pipeline metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders and drive accountability across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reading pipeline health signals, setting coverage targets, and building propensity-to-buy account lists.
  • Experience translating program performance data into clear narratives and presenting QBR decks and program readouts to sales leadership.
  • Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills, with the ability to self-serve pipeline and program health data.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools or workflow automations; experience with Claude, Salesforce Einstein, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-velocity, multi-segment sales environment, especially with Enterprise and Commercial motions, is preferred.
  • Background in outbound sales strategy, including account segmentation, sequencing design, and field engagement tactics, is preferred.
