Description

  • Lead day-to-day execution of program initiatives and tasks for the Space business line.
  • Manage budget and schedule in coordination with Business Operations.
  • Work directly with the customer and Growth team to satisfy technical objectives and contractual requirements.
  • Lead the program from start to finish with the customer and engineering team.
  • Develop the technical path to success and identify engineering needs.
  • Validate projected product outcomes with the customer.
  • Work side by side with customers to understand mission challenges and represent customer needs to Anduril engineers.
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations, and other internal teams.
  • Develop, coordinate, and communicate execution plans, sprint plans, milestones, and other program plans.
  • Build and field software-defined, distributed mesh networking and C2 capabilities for Space Domain Awareness data.

Requirements

  • Experience designing, developing, or leading complex software development programs in support of advanced C2 capabilities in any domain.
  • Demonstrated experience managing software products through direct end-user engagement over a prolonged, iterative development cycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience deploying and integrating sophisticated hardware and software systems.
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Prior systems engineering or software integration experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable setting and achieving goals in an amorphous environment.
  • Comfortable working in limited-resource environments.
  • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance that can be maintained.
  • Understanding of systems architectures supporting ground and orbital systems for Space Domain Awareness and Space Control (preferred).
  • Operational experience with the Joint Targeting Cycle and Space Warfighting capabilities/concepts of operations (preferred).
  • Broad understanding of current and emerging Space domain capabilities (preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and simplify complex problems (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment (preferred).
