Description

  • Develop and own the platform and strategic partnerships strategy for Included Health.
  • Identify and validate new partner types and go-to-market motions that expand access and accelerate growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare platform landscape, including trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities.
  • Source, qualify, structure, and close complex multi-party partnership deals with digital health, data, analytics, and platform partners.
  • Lead partnership cycles end-to-end, including discovery, solution design, business case development, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Build scalable commercial and operating models such as co-selling, embedded offerings, white-label arrangements, marketplace listings, and data collaborations.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Implementation teams to align strategy and execute partnerships.
  • Establish success metrics for each partnership and drive ongoing performance reviews and optimization.
  • Own a robust partnership pipeline, manage forecasting, and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue and partnership KPIs.
  • Represent Included Health externally with senior partner leaders, conferences, industry forums, and events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and/or enterprise sales.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in healthcare.
  • Deep experience working with digital platform partners, such as digital health platforms, virtual care companies, navigation or benefits platforms, digital front doors, consumer engagement platforms, data/analytics platforms, or healthcare SaaS ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex multi-stakeholder partnerships and/or enterprise deals with measurable new ARR or revenue impact.
  • Experience working with health systems and/or health plans is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth, early- or mid-stage environments where products, processes, and go-to-market motions are still evolving.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen with the ability to build business cases.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with executive presence.
  • Highly collaborative across Product, Clinical, Sales, Operations, and Legal teams.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and comfort owning numeric targets.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, change, and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Travel approximately 25–50% for client and partner meetings, conferences, and internal onsites.

  • Base salary range of $198,290 to $288,938 per year in the United States.
  • Eligible for a performance-based bonus.
  • In year 1, bonus payout is tied to specific MBOs; in later years, it transitions to a commission-based incentive plan.
