Description

  • Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for GPU cloud and AI infrastructure, including segmentation, value proposition, pricing, and packaging.
  • Develop scalable customer acquisition and retention strategies across direct sales, channel, and partnerships.
  • Lead commercial enablement and manage the full client buying journey, both commercial and technical.
  • Build and lead a global GTM organization spanning presales, sales, partnerships, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success.
  • Create playbooks, performance metrics, and operating processes to scale GTM execution.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align GTM plans with the roadmap and incorporate customer and market feedback.
  • Gather market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and anticipate shifts in AI and cloud adoption.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with AI companies, ISVs, integrators, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and AI-native customers through strategic client engagement.
  • Drive thought leadership and market presence through events, content, and executive outreach.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of GTM leadership experience in cloud, infrastructure, or AI technology companies.
  • Deep technical expertise in GPUs, cloud technologies, and AI/ML workloads.
  • Proven success building and executing global GTM strategies in high-growth environments.
  • Experience scaling global technical GTM teams.
  • Strong experience developing and managing strategic partnerships and ecosystem plays.
  • Deep understanding of GPU cloud, AI/ML workloads, and enterprise adoption dynamics.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
  • Track record of building trusted client and partner relationships through customer discovery.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, international scale-up environment.
