Description

  • Administer the HRIS and maintain accurate employee data across the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain organizational, job, compensation, and employee records and support data integrity.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc HR, payroll, and workforce reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and support system enhancements, testing, integrations, documentation, and process improvements.
  • Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing, including preparation, validation, audits, adjustments, off-cycle payments, and year-end activities.
  • Maintain payroll records and partner with Finance, managers, and employees to resolve payroll questions and discrepancies.
  • Act as a primary contact for employee benefits questions, enrollments, life events, and vendor resources.
  • Coordinate benefits transactions in HRIS and vendor systems and support open enrollment and employee communications.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle transactions, including employment documentation and HRIS updates.
  • Support compliance programs, audits, HR projects, and continuous process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting payroll processing or serving as payroll backup preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

  • Base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000.
  • 5% annual bonus.
