Description

  • Support full lifecycle recruiting for technical, program management, cybersecurity, cloud, and corporate roles.
  • Source, screen, coordinate, and track candidates across multiple programs and proposals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, partners, and customers.
  • Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process and support a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, contingent offer management, and staffing pipeline tracking.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future contract opportunities.
  • Support surge hiring efforts tied to new contract awards and task order wins.
  • Assist PMO leadership with proposal development, including staffing coordination, resume formatting, compliance tracking, and recruiting support for key personnel.
  • Coordinate proposal inputs, track action items, and support deliverable deadlines.
  • Maintain staffing trackers, recruitment metrics, and PMO reporting dashboards.
  • Support employee onboarding and transition activities across programs.
  • Help improve internal PMO processes, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, PMO, or federal contracting experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience supporting federal government contracting environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with proposal staffing and key personnel recruitment is preferred.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Workable is preferred.
  • Exposure to proposal management, capture support, or PMO operations is preferred.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement or internal communications initiatives is preferred.
  • Ability to possess and maintain a government clearance.
