Description

  • Execute active sourcing and outbound recruitment to identify, screen, and attract specialized candidates through job boards and databases.
  • Lead end-to-end high-volume and long-cycle recruitment processes, including video interviews, competency assessments, and candidate follow-up.
  • Coordinate background and reference checks during the hiring process.
  • Maintain detailed pipeline tracking and recruitment records throughout the process.
  • Design and lead multiple interactive webinars each week to present job opportunities to large candidate audiences.
  • Maintain accurate candidate files in the ATS and transfer data into executive reports.
  • Communicate with candidates in English throughout interviews, presentations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate in a global operations environment focused on attracting and retaining international talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in high-volume recruitment or long-cycle recruiting.
  • Advanced/professional English proficiency (C1-C2 certified) is required.
  • Comfort and demonstrated experience speaking publicly and leading webinars.
  • High energy on phone calls and the ability to keep candidates engaged over time.
  • Strong command of ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
  • Must be able to work 100% remotely from anywhere in Colombia.
  • Experience in recruiting for international markets is relevant for the role.
