Description

  • Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates by answering questions, removing barriers, and guiding them through key hiring milestones.
  • Monitor candidate progress across systems and intervene to keep priority candidates moving efficiently through the hiring funnel.
  • Review candidate documents and perform state-regulated compliance checks to ensure audit-ready documentation.
  • Re-engage candidates, seek referrals, and support hiring efforts in high-need markets.
  • Co-manage voicemails, tickets, and emails from candidates needing help during the hiring process.
  • Participate in pilots and experiments to improve hiring outcomes, including new assessment methods, referral strategies, and workflow changes.
  • Meet hiring KPIs such as conversion rates, time-to-hire, and weekly hiring goals.
  • Support onboarding completion by coordinating accurate and timely candidate follow-up.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support with a high volume of candidates or clients.
  • Strong experience building rapport and delivering customer service through phone, text, email, and virtual interactions.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for explaining hiring and compliance information clearly to candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates at different stages and maintain timely follow-up.
  • Excellent attention to detail when reviewing candidate documentation for compliance and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify barriers, escalate issues, and keep timelines on track.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently and proactively escalate when needed.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and hiring automation platforms.
  • Preferred experience in home care, caregiving, or other regulated industries requiring compliance documentation.
  • Set-shift availability for either Friday-Tuesday, 10:00am-7:00pm EST, or Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-9:00pm EST.
