Description

  • Identify, pursue, and create new enterprise Voice and SMS business opportunities in the LATAM region.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and sales goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of IDT’s products and services and educate prospects on buying decisions.
  • Understand client ecosystems and position IDT solutions to fit their requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and peers to shape and execute sales strategy.
  • Transition closed opportunities to the account management team.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Use CRM applications and internal systems to manage the sales process efficiently.
  • Maintain professionalism, courtesy, confidence, and a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or telecom environment.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills are required.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple sales stages is required.
  • Self-motivation to drive metrics, results, and KPIs is required.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
