Description

  • Identify and target potential strategic partners across trading platforms, CRM providers, payment service providers, financial media, education platforms, and brokers.
  • Lead the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through negotiation and contract signing.
  • Develop revenue-sharing, integration, and referral partnership models.
  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for partnership-driven growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain executive-level partner relationships.
  • Serve as the primary partnership expert for the company’s product suite, including web development services, risk management tools, affiliate management systems, trading journal applications, and Tradeopay.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and prioritize integration requirements.
  • Develop clear value propositions and training materials for partner sales and technical teams.
  • Monitor competitive partnership activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance using CRM tools and internal analytics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably in the trading sector, trading SaaS, or capital markets technology.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, complex partnership deals that produced significant revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the trading ecosystem, including trading platforms, brokers, and trading technology service providers.
  • Knowledge of payment processing in the trading industry, including PSPs, merchant accounts, and integration of payment solutions such as Tradeopay.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical value propositions to both business and technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, SaaS business models, and CRM partnership requirements.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage pipelines, partner activity, and forecasting.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Preferred: Existing network within brokerage, financial media, or trading technology industries.
  • Preferred: Direct experience integrating or selling a payment solution like Tradeopay or similar PSP technology to financial institutions or trading firms.
