Description

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with international firms entering or expanding in the Indonesian market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives, founders, and international business chambers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery calls through proposal presentation and contract closing.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand client pain points and tailor HR, legal, payroll, and other service offerings to their needs.
  • Represent IBMC at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility.
  • Work with internal consultants and the legal team to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and competitive.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on sales targets, pipeline health, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Preferred experience in consulting, HR services, or fintech industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed high-value B2B sales targets.
  • Strong network of international business contacts or experience working with global corporate clients.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with native or professional-level proficiency required.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
