Description

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Track and report daily sales metrics, including conversion rate, average order value, upsell take rate, and revenue per agent per shift.
  • Identify underperforming agents and implement structured improvement plans with clear timelines and expectations.
  • Run daily or weekly team huddles to review performance, share wins, and address challenges.
  • Listen to recorded calls and live-monitor agents, providing real-time coaching on pitch delivery, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with management to refine sales scripts, offer sequences, and sales strategies based on performance data and customer feedback.
  • Own the onboarding process for new sales hires, including script training, product knowledge, and call-handling standards.
  • Develop agents into consistent performers who can close independently with minimal oversight.
  • Ensure all sales interactions follow Hyprwork’s ethical standards and genuinely benefit the customer.
  • Work with customer support and retention teams to reduce post-sale churn and escalate product complaints or unusual refund patterns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in telesales or outbound sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of personally hitting and exceeding sales quotas while driving team performance.
  • Experience coaching sales agents and developing talent through structured feedback and training.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and call platforms such as Aircall, Salesforce, Close, Five9, or equivalent.
  • Experience in DTC, health products, or subscription sales is strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal English with clarity, confidence, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data such as conversion rates, AOV, and revenue per shift and turn insights into action.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Belief in ethical, consultative sales focused on matching the right product to the right customer.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-measured environment and enjoys coaching others to close.
