Description

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned geographic area.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Sell products and services to existing and prospective customers using product and application knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
  • Manage and train sales representatives, including monthly forecasts and territory strategy.
  • Oversee current customer accounts in the assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and quotations.
  • Conduct sales calls, project management, evaluations, demos, and open issue resolution.
  • Coordinate machine orders from headquarters and execute the order entry process.
  • Maintain communication with headquarters and support other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, robotics, PCB assembly, and/or AI; 2–4 years of experience desired.
  • Valid U.S. passport and availability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50%.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer, software, and networking skills, with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage administrative, project management, and teamwork responsibilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Bilingual English/Korean preferred, but not required.
