Description

  • Handle inbound inquiries and present Rejuvacare products effectively.
  • Follow approved sales scripts while adapting to each customer’s situation.
  • Identify each customer’s health concern and recommend the most relevant product.
  • Present upsells, bundles, and RejuvaCare+ membership offers in a consultative way.
  • Overcome objections with empathy and product knowledge.
  • Process orders accurately.
  • Meet daily and monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Maintain detailed call notes.
  • Escalate complaints to the customer support team.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or customer-facing sales.
  • Strong verbal English with a confident, articulate, and persuasive speaking style.
  • Genuine motivation to hit targets and earn commission.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and listen actively.
  • Comfort following scripts while sounding authentic.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Experience selling health, wellness, or subscription products is a strong plus.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and competitive drive.
