Description

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, system setup, orientation, and first-90-day follow-up.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding changes, offboarding, and terminations.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee requests with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain compliant, organized HR records and coordinate policy acknowledgments, communications, and documentation workflows.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance support.
  • Help coordinate performance review cycles, performance tracking, and manager follow-up actions.
  • Drive People & Culture projects by tracking deliverables, following up with stakeholders, and maintaining accountability in tools such as Asana.
  • Create and maintain HR content and documentation, including SOPs, policies, training materials, guides, and presentations.
  • Use AI tools and digital systems to improve workflows, reporting, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, off-sites, and other culture-related programs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HRBP, HR Generalist, or People & Culture roles.
  • Professional-level spoken and written English fluency.
  • Experience supporting remote and global teams.
  • Strong experience with onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience handling employee relations situations professionally and confidentially.
  • Experience using HR systems such as BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational, project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and follow-through.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for workflow optimization and operational support.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools.
  • Availability to support operations between approximately 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Preferred experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Preferred experience creating HR dashboards, reporting, metrics tracking, policies, SOPs, and training documentation.
  • Preferred experience coordinating company events, off-sites, or employee engagement programs.
  • Preferred familiarity with HR automations and workflow optimization.
  • Preferred experience in startups, high-growth companies, or remote-first environments.
