Description

  • Partner with executive and senior leadership on organizational needs, headcount decisions, and change management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on organizational effectiveness and business-facing people decisions.
  • Monitor organizational health metrics such as turnover, performance distribution, hiring velocity, and engagement signals, and surface insights proactively.
  • Build and maintain people dashboards in partnership with HR Operations to give leaders real-time visibility into team health.
  • Translate business goals into people strategies with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide fast, practical guidance to managers on hiring, performance, development, and difficult employee situations.
  • Identify manager and team issues early, and partner with HR Operations to build scalable tools and processes to address them.
  • Design onboarding frameworks and support performance management, promotions, and career development programs.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters and resolve issues quickly and fairly.
  • Partner with Legal and HR Operations to maintain compliance, clear policies, and effective adoption of AI-powered HR tools and automation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including meaningful experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success improving manager effectiveness and business performance through HR partnership without direct authority.
  • Strong data fluency and experience interpreting people dashboards, trends, and actionable metrics.
  • Proven ability to work through HR Operations and cross-functional partners to deliver work with speed and precision.
  • Experience with or strong working knowledge of AI tools applied to HR workflows, including talent acquisition, performance management, or workforce analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive-level presence, including the ability to deliver difficult messages clearly and confidently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in a remote or US-based distributed environment is implied by the role's scope and #LI-Remote designation.
  • Preferred mindset and operating style include being performance-oriented, operationally excellent, data-driven, AI-forward, and influential without authority.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $163,000 to $288,000 annually.
  • Bonus and equity eligibility are noted separately from base salary.
  • Remote work designation with #LI-Remote.
