Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and stores through campaign planning, briefing, monitoring, and execution.
  • Own the client-agency relationship and maintain strong, productive communication with clients.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Outline campaign calendars, delegate creative work, and oversee timely campaign delivery.
  • Collect and analyze campaign and consumer data to inform strategy, set weekly goals, and improve results.
  • Report on campaign performance, revenue, A/B testing results, and optimization actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the Service Department to meet KPIs and client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot client issues, support client satisfaction, and help reduce churn.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, prepare upsell offers, and present findings on industry best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience managing client accounts and delivering marketing campaigns focused on sales is required.
  • Proven leadership experience, including leading creative or marketing teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high accountability and responsiveness.
  • Experience working remotely or with remote teams is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite is required.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be available during office hours Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time, and able to work 30–35 hours per week.
  • Must have a stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and be able to attend virtual video conferences.
  • Agency experience, previous account management experience, e-commerce experience, and Klaviyo knowledge are all preferred advantages.
