Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client-agency relationships.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to help clients meet revenue goals.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Communicate client needs to internal teams and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead client communications, including regular meetings, prompt responses, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collect and analyze campaign and customer data to improve performance and set weekly goals.
  • Write client reports covering revenue, campaign performance, A/B test results, and optimization actions.
  • Work with the Service Department to maintain high standards, meet KPIs, and reduce client churn.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and present additional service offerings to client segments.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience managing or leading a team of marketing professionals to deliver client work.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Highly accountable, responsive, professional, and comfortable working during office hours.
  • Experience with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Remote work experience, account management experience, or agency experience is preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a strong plus.
  • Must be available Monday to Friday between 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Must be able to work 30–35 hours per week, averaging 140 tracked hours per month.
  • Must have a stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and be able to attend virtual video conferences.

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
  • First two months paid as a trial-and-adaptation period at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluation after 6–12 months.
