Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Own the client-agency relationship and maintain strong, productive communication with assigned clients.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Prepare campaign calendars, brief new campaigns, and delegate creative work to ensure smooth execution.
  • Analyze campaign and audience data to identify trends, set weekly goals, and improve performance.
  • Write client reports and present campaign performance, A/B test results, revenue outcomes, and optimization actions.
  • Work with the Service Department and cross-functional teams to meet client KPIs and implement new services and products.
  • Respond promptly to client requests, troubleshoot issues, and help prevent client churn.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and create upsell campaigns for client segments.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Proven success in a leadership role, including leading creative teams to deliver client work.
  • Experience managing client accounts effectively; account management or agency experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards, accountability, and deadline discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Growth- and results-driven mindset with the ability to handle and act on constructive criticism.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Comfort working remotely, with availability during office hours Monday to Friday, 3-6 PM BCN time.
  • Ability to consistently work 30-35 hours per week and meet an average of 140 tracked hours per month.
  • Stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and the ability to attend virtual video conferences.
  • Experience with remote teams, international teams, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a strong plus.

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing the non-disclosure agreement.
  • First two months paid at full rate as a trial and adaptation period.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months.
  • First performance review after 3-6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluation after 6-12 months.
