Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and act as the main point of contact for the client-agency relationship.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Manager Associates to deliver campaigns on time and to standard.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and responsive handling of requests.
  • Write client reports and present campaign performance updates, including revenue, A/B test results, and optimization actions.
  • Collect and analyze campaign and consumer data to identify trends, set weekly goals, and improve results.
  • Work with the Service Department and cross-functional teams to meet KPIs, maintain quality standards, and launch new services or products.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services for clients and support upsell campaigns using data analysis.
  • Troubleshoot client issues, address satisfaction concerns, and help reduce client churn.
  • Share industry best practices and internal insights with Account Managers’ Leads, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience leading a team of marketing creatives or similar professionals to deliver client work.
  • Prior account management or agency experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be available during office hours on Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time and able to work 30-35 hours per week.
  • Stable internet connection, laptop or PC, and ability to attend virtual video conferences.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Experience with e-commerce or Klaviyo is a huge plus.
  • Open to feedback, adaptable, and able to handle constructive criticism.
  • Professional, accountable, responsive, and consistent in workload commitments.

Benefits

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing the non-disclosure agreement.
  • Trial and adaptation period of the first two months paid at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first review after 3-6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluated after 6-12 months.
  • Full-time role with a consistent monthly hours target of 140 tracked hours.
  • Exclusivity agreement during employment.
