Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client-agency relationships.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Manager Associates to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Communicate client needs to internal teams and provide the information required to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Hold regular client meetings, maintain ongoing communication, and respond promptly to requests.
  • Collect and analyze campaign and audience data to identify trends, set goals, and improve performance.
  • Prepare client reports covering revenue, A/B testing results, and optimization actions.
  • Work with the Service Department to meet KPIs, maintain standards, and reduce client churn.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to support new services, upsells, and internal service needs.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience managing client accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Leadership experience, including leading creative teams to deliver client work.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability, responsiveness, and deadline management.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, manage time well, and maintain focus and productivity.
  • Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
  • Remote work experience is a strong advantage.
  • Availability during office hours, Mondays to Fridays between 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Ability to work 30–35 hours per week, averaging 140 tracked hours per month.
  • Stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and the ability to attend virtual video conferences.

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing the non-disclosure agreement.
  • First two months paid at full rate as a trial-and-adaptation period.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluation after 6–12 months.
