Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for client-agency relationships.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, updates, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collect and analyze campaign and consumer data to inform targeting, goals, and optimization efforts.
  • Report on campaign performance, including revenue, A/B test results, and optimization actions.
  • Work with the Service Department and cross-functional teams to meet client KPIs and service targets.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and present additional service offerings to client segments.
  • Troubleshoot client concerns and help reduce client churn.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Leadership experience, including leading a team of creatives to deliver client work.
  • Experience in account management or agency environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability and strong time management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Availability during office hours on Mondays to Fridays between 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Commitment to 30–35 hours per week, or 140 tracked hours per month.
  • Stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and ability to attend virtual video conferences.
  • Remote work experience is a major advantage.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a plus.

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing the non-disclosure agreement.
  • First two months paid at full rate as a trial and adaptation period.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluation after 6–12 months.
