Description

  • Own the NA mid-market marketing engine and orchestrate regional demand generation, ABM, webinars, and field events.
  • Build and manage NA mid-market marketing targets, integrated field programs, and global expansion initiatives tied to revenue goals.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for mid-market expansion across emerging markets, distribution partners, and resellers.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to launch ABM campaigns that engage key accounts and generate high-value pipeline.
  • Identify regional trends and whitespace to shape channel strategy across paid media, email, and content syndication.
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasts, ROI, and pipeline risk mitigation plans for leadership.
  • Align mid-market messaging with Product Marketing, Brand, and Creative priorities across the funnel.
  • Set strategy, priorities, and success metrics for regional events and field activations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional marketing professionals.
  • Serve as the senior marketing stakeholder for NA mid-market and collaborate with Sales, Channel, Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Ops.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in demand generation, ABM, field marketing, or event management.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS is preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience managing, motivating, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep North American mid-market expertise, including regional marketing best practices and cultural nuances.
  • Track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns and regional events or roadshows.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign ROI.
  • Experience managing program-level budgets.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
  • Experience scaling mid-market expansion initiatives across emerging markets, distribution, and resellers is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
