Description

  • Administer day-to-day commission operations in CaptivateIQ, including workflow maintenance and payout processing support.
  • Investigate and respond to commission inquiries from internal stakeholders with timely, well-documented follow-through.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc commission calculations, validations, and reconciliations for U.S. and international payroll submissions.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reporting, accrual support, and issue resolution.
  • Perform manual commission calculations and audit checks to validate system output and resolve exceptions.
  • Partner with FP&A, Sales, Payroll, and other stakeholders to improve process clarity and reduce errors.
  • Support training and stay current on CaptivateIQ and related platform changes.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to help with research, modeling, and routine correspondence while maintaining judgment and accountability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales incentive compensation, commissions operations, or a closely related finance function.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Salesforce, or similar systems; CaptivateIQ experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manually calculate commissions to validate payouts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Strong communication skills in a remote work environment across global time zones.
  • Ability to adapt when priorities shift and deadlines tighten.
  • Willingness to attend training and keep building knowledge of CaptivateIQ and related tools.
  • Experience using AI tools responsibly for research, modeling, and drafting routine communications.
  • Experience supporting audit-ready accuracy and commission exception handling.
