Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by delivering solutions that improve end-user satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned customer organizations.
  • Drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction goals as part of the team’s post-sales success efforts.
  • Develop creative ways to engage customers through training, education, and empowerment.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to help customers succeed with Huntress.
  • Work externally with both customers and third-party reseller partners to meet shared needs.
  • Contribute to team objectives tied to customer satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Direct Sales roles.
  • Experience focused on mid-market and below customers, ideally.
  • Strong experience in SaaS.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry, preferably.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Passion for working with both customers and partners.
  • Strong bias to action and ability to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Based in the UK and able to work remotely.
  • Willingness to travel to the US 1-2 times per year for company events.
