Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and deliver solutions that improve end-user satisfaction, product adoption, and service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within assigned customer organizations.
  • Drive business outcomes related to retention, expansion, loyalty, renewals, and overall post-sales success.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to create customer engagement, training, education, and empowerment initiatives.
  • Engage externally with both customers and third-party reseller partners to meet their needs.
  • Contribute to team goals around customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop creative ways to engage customers and support their success with Huntress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Direct Sales, ideally serving mid-market and smaller customers.
  • Strong experience in SaaS, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Passion for working with both customers and partners.
  • Strong bias to action and ability to execute efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work remotely from Ireland.
  • Experience in a high-growth, customer-facing role is preferred.
