Description

  • Achieve assigned quota based on expansion metrics and renewal rates in a velocity sales motion.
  • Drive annual recurring revenue growth through cross-selling and expansion of product usage.
  • Increase net dollar retention, gross dollar retention, and post-sale customer success outcomes.
  • Partner with customers and channel partners as a trusted advisor to improve satisfaction and adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations.
  • Execute a customer and partner engagement process to support clear and consistent communication.
  • Maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture.
  • Work across the customer and partner base to deliver outcomes with high activity and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management and Direct Sales roles, ideally in the mid-market.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong bias to action and the ability to get things done efficiently and effectively.
  • Remote US location eligibility.
  • Experience working with customer and partner relationships in a sales or account management context.
  • Preferred compensation structure includes a $66,000 base salary with $110,000 on-target earnings plus equity.
