Description

  • Maximize customer retention and minimize churn through phone, video, and email outreach.
  • Oversee the renewal process to retain or expand Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Assess license usage and complete true-up requirements.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer business needs and goals to generate accurate renewal quotes.
  • Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives.
  • Ensure renewals are closed in a timely manner to support revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies using customer analytics and metrics.
  • Coordinate with customers to complete purchase orders and order forms accurately for internal deal approvals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or a renewals-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and functions during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
