Description

  • Spearhead expansion into the national and regional banking channel.
  • Identify, secure, and activate partnerships with major financial institutions across North America.
  • Uncover new partnership leads and turn network introductions into growth opportunities.
  • Lead partner engagement from initial discovery through due diligence, solution design, commercial structuring, contracting, and long-term relationship stewardship.
  • Develop and deliver impactful new business pitches for prospective partners.
  • Assess partner system requirements and build partnership strategies that position technology as a competitive advantage.
  • Maintain a transparent partner pipeline and provide accurate forecasting for sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the development team on product updates, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Monitor regulatory, competitive, and technological developments affecting sponsor banking, embedded finance, and digital banking.
  • Resolve partner issues proactively and align solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, relationship management, or strategic partnerships within financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the banking ecosystem, 401(k), API-driven financial products, partnerships, and digital banking infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high autonomy.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with limited guidance.
  • Preferred experience working with large, complex external partners in accounting, consulting, fintech, or SaaS ecosystems.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $205,000–$235,000, including a base salary of $145,000–$165,000 and variable compensation of $60,000–$70,000.
