Description

  • Communicate extensively with new customers to understand their needs and help establish their 401(k) plans.
  • Educate and guide newly signed customers through their retirement plan options.
  • Manage client pipelines and timelines to meet monthly activation targets.
  • Handle objections and keep customers moving through the onboarding process.
  • Follow onboarding workflows to increase velocity, remove bottlenecks, and improve operational excellence.
  • Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve customer escalations and improve the activation experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and account management to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to keep customers engaged, happy, and on track.
  • Identify process improvements that help the team scale.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly 401(k) plans.
  • 3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain difficult concepts clearly.
  • A customer-focused mindset and comfort working closely with clients.
  • Ability to handle high-volume onboarding, including 40-50+ customers per month.
  • Strong work ethic with proactive follow-up and accountability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $63,000 to $65,000 plus a variable target of $30,000.
