Description

  • Work full-cycle deals from demo complete to close.
  • Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Learn and demonstrate the platform to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
  • Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Use sales technology tools effectively.
  • Respond to customer objections and communicate product value throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to bounce back from setbacks quickly.
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
  • Must be located in the Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zone.
  • Experience closing deals and delivering a product with clear customer value (preferred).

  • On Target Earnings of $150,000–$155,000, including a $77,500 base salary and a $77,500 variable target compensation.
