Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing large strategic deals.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level leaders, procurement teams, and technology stakeholders in public safety agencies and government organizations.
  • Navigate 6-12 month sales cycles and government procurement processes, including RFPs and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and tailor solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and help drive market expansion and sales strategy.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and contribute to rapid company growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in complex, technical enterprise sales.
  • Experience closing large-scale deals from $100K+ to $1M+ in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience selling SaaS, GovTech, cybersecurity, healthcare tech, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Ability to translate SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI-driven technology into business value.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
  • Competitive and resilient mindset demonstrated in high-performance environments such as startups, team sports, endurance sports, military, or leadership under pressure.
  • Nice to have: experience in public safety, GovTech, defense, or mission-driven technology.
  • Nice to have: experience with government procurement and RFP processes.
  • Nice to have: background in MEDDPICC or a related sales methodology.
