Description

  • Manage and grow new business opportunities across Hudl’s suite of products.
  • Build complex solutions tailored to client needs in a consultative sales process.
  • Work with elite clients and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Run meetings to understand client needs and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly new business targets.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive growth in the region.
  • Build a strong pipeline and close sales, including enterprise-level league-wide collective agreements.
  • Support clients by showing how Hudl’s products can improve their current workflows.
  • Learn and become an expert in Hudl’s product suite.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS sales.
  • Experience building complex deals and strong customer relationships.
  • Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • A disciplined and organized approach to engaging partners and managing outreach.
  • A network across football organizations in the top two leagues in Austria and Switzerland and the third league in Germany is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • French or Italian is a plus.
  • Ability to work from Spain or the Netherlands under the company’s flexible location policy.
  • Comfort working toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in a quota-based sales role.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of €28,875 to €48,125 EUR.
  • On-target earnings of €57,750 to €99,250 EUR.
