Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market accounts in Spain, including qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work inbound leads generated by marketing and SDRs and move qualified opportunities through the funnel efficiently.
  • Run structured discovery to uncover urgent business pain, decision-making process, and buying triggers.
  • Build project plans within 48-72 hours for urgent opportunities and keep deals moving quickly.
  • Identify and engage economic buyers early in the sales process.
  • Prospect, outreach, qualify, and close mid-market deals in France independently.
  • Build pipeline in France from zero with support from marketing and focus on proven-fit verticals.
  • Share market intelligence with the GTM team on what is resonating, who is buying, and which verticals are active.
  • Maintain an accurate, clean CRM and ensure every opportunity is properly tracked in Salesforce.
  • Multi-thread deals and build ROI-based business cases that address pricing and value objections.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with quota ownership.
  • Experience selling to SMB and mid-market accounts, ideally in €10K-€100K ACV deals.
  • Enterprise sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Exposure to CX, messaging platforms, conversational AI, CCaaS, or CPaaS is a strong plus.
  • Experience with products such as Twilio, Infobip, Zendesk, or Intercom is highly relevant.
  • Active use of AI tools in sales workflows for research, outreach, preparation, and analysis.
  • Structured discovery-first sales approach with strong qualification discipline.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional-level French are mandatory.
  • Comfort handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals, technical objections, and integration questions.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, chatbot platforms, automation flows, or the French market is a plus.
  • Catalan is a real plus due to the customer base in Catalonia.
  • English is the internal working language at Hubtype.
  • Ability to understand integration requirements such as APIs, CRMs, and data flows and translate them into clear briefs and proposals.
