Description

  • Partner with global GTM and Sales leadership to inform strategic decisions using actionable insights and analytics.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives that shape strategy, investments, and executive decisions.
  • Own the global GTM reporting platform that supports regional strategy and operations teams.
  • Scale GTM reporting and advanced analytics by leveraging AI tooling.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to support strategic trade-offs.
  • Identify and prioritize process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities across the GTM organization.
  • Act as a player-coach by managing a small team of analysts.
  • Define and manage KPIs to drive business accountability and outcomes.
  • Structure ambiguous problems and build analytical frameworks that lead to actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, BizOps, RevOps, or similar analytical roles, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and experience driving data-informed strategy or transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build analytical frameworks, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced analytical fluency, including SQL proficiency and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Enthusiasm for AI-supported reporting and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ownership and ability to influence across levels without formal authority.
  • Track record of defining and managing KPIs to drive accountability and outcomes.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, growth environments and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts or strategy professionals, preferred.
  • Familiarity with GTM systems, forecasting tools, or CRM platforms, with HubSpot CRM preferred.
  • Background in sales productivity, forecasting, or revenue operations, preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of $128,300 to $205,300 USD.
  • Eligibility for on-target commission in eligible roles.
  • Eligibility for annual bonus targets in eligible roles.
  • Some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan and receive restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
