Description

  • Own end-to-end GTM reporting across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Service, and Account Management motions.
  • Ensure data integrity by reconciling revenue, bookings, and pipeline metrics across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and financial systems.
  • Partner with finance and revenue teams to administer commission processes for Go-to-Market team members.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue performance, customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks with GTM stakeholders.
  • Translate raw data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for executives and GTM leaders.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities using data-driven analysis.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and quarterly business reviews with reliable and timely analysis.
  • Improve reporting automation, data quality, and analytical frameworks as GTM strategy evolves.
  • Work with the Revenue Operations team to ensure the GTM tech stack supports high-quality reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • SQL proficiency, including the ability to write complex queries to extract, transform, and analyze GTM data across multiple sources.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools to build dashboards and reports, with Tableau preferred.
  • Proficiency building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including data modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Ability to define, document, and standardize GTM metrics such as funnel conversion, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, retention, and expansion.
  • Familiarity with various compensation and incentive plan models.
  • Ability to maintain and validate financial data, including forecasting, bookings, revenue, expenses, and variance analysis.
  • Experience managing sales and financial data across CRM, dashboards, spreadsheets, and financial systems.
  • Ability to create partnerships and actively listen to department leadership to develop effective analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize roadmap work and manage complex cross-functional projects.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to document updates and processes.
  • Ability to translate complex data and operational terminology into simple terms for end users and management.
