Description

  • Use inbound selling strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market segment.
  • Partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and develop outreach strategies.
  • Run online product demos and present the HubSpot value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Quickly identify customer challenges and match them with the best business solution.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota.
  • Nurture relationships with qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategy as new products and features launch.
  • Contribute ideas and perspectives that help shape HubSpot’s mission and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English and at least one language from the CEE territory.
  • Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, or Greek is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong prospecting skills.
  • Excellent consultative selling and closing abilities.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management experience.
  • Track record of high performance, such as exceeding quota or earning President's Club recognition.
  • Strong goal focus and a clear approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work.
  • Experience in a high-growth, scale-up environment is preferred.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
  • Humility and enthusiasm in day-to-day work.
