Description

  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly activity, forecast, and revenue targets.
  • Coach and develop direct reports through feedback, skills development, and leadership support.
  • Train team members on sales skills, inbound sales, product topics, and marketing topics.
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new Account Executives to maintain team headcount.
  • Collaborate with sales managers, directors, and executives to support business growth.
  • Maintain working knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
  • Build and execute plans to grow assigned country markets.
  • Apply HubSpot core values and leadership traits in day-to-day management.
  • Use leadership training styles effectively with direct reports.
  • Teach sourcing and sales strategies to new team members.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process.
  • Ability to segment and manage territories effectively.
  • Strong coaching skills with the ability to observe, evaluate, and improve results.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple objectives.
  • Good prospecting skills aligned to the HubSpot sales methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business results.
  • Strong individual and team motivation, with high self-awareness, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goals and maintain a positive attitude.
