Description

  • Partner with the regional sales director to build strong working relationships with account teams.
  • Lead and support a team of Solutions Engineers serving large enterprise accounts.
  • Recruit, retain, develop, and coach regionally focused Solutions Engineers.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other internal resources to help customers maximize value from Wiz.
  • Drive technical sales efforts and support customer success through team-based execution.
  • Maintain team accountability for deal management in Salesforce.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership while guiding the team.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team of Solutions Engineers focused on large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience recruiting, retaining, developing, and coaching technical team members.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
  • Cloud security experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Network engineering experience or background.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates, and keys.
  • Experience with traditional CSPM tools or cloud infrastructure security (bonus).
  • Technical SaaS selling experience (bonus).
  • Awareness of the CI/CD process (bonus).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (bonus).
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
