Description

  • Position the value of HubSpot’s software and inbound methodology to corporate and enterprise-level businesses.
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
  • Manage a pipeline of self-sourced and inbound leads to build relationships with potential buyers.
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to assess fit and strategic value.
  • Close new business and install base accounts on a monthly quota-carrying cadence.
  • Work with C-level executives and department leaders throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing, local partners, and other stakeholders to execute sales strategy.
  • Partner with internal Business Development Reps to research prospects, create outreach strategies, and identify additional opportunities.
  • Bring ideas and strategies that support the company’s values, culture, and vision for the future.

Requirements

  • Experience selling to commercial, corporate, or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to identify, source, and close good-fit prospects, with a focus on India.
  • Experience managing both inbound leads and self-sourced pipeline.
  • Ability to work with C-level executives and department leaders through the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and Business Development Reps.
  • Comfort working in a quota-carrying sales role with monthly targets.
  • Ability to assess business goals and determine whether a solution is a strategic investment.
  • Willingness to work within HubSpot’s remote or office-based hybrid environment and participate in in-person onboarding or team events as required.
