Description

  • Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Lead all sales activities to support business goals and revenue growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand market share in assigned regions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing NiCE customers.
  • Establish new strategic relationships with customer executives and stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer business situations to uncover constraints and opportunities from technology advances.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level executives.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements with customers.
  • Ensure proposed sales solutions align with NiCE CXone Mpower strengths and can be implemented successfully.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type role.
  • 1-2 years of experience selling AI software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
  • Proven relationship and client management skills, including handling customer escalations.
  • Collaborative sales approach with experience working across internal and external teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C-level and VP-level executives.
  • Self-sufficient, flexible, and comfortable with autonomy to own activities and processes.
  • Experience or knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions (preferred).
  • Experience or knowledge selling a full suite of SaaS products (preferred).
