Description

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to identify qualified leads, new users, and potential customers.
  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and social media messaging using HubSpot’s existing leads and new outreach.
  • Work closely with 2-3 Account Executives to develop and implement prospecting strategies and plans.
  • Learn about prospect business challenges and qualify them using sales methodologies such as BANT.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while meeting monthly goals.
  • Carry out market research to broaden HubSpot’s customer base.
  • Collaborate with fellow BDRs and Account Executives to develop innovative approaches for uncovering new opportunities.
  • Communicate HubSpot’s value clearly and encourage deeper conversations with Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Desire and commitment to pursue a career in tech sales.
  • Sales or prospecting experience, and experience in a high-growth scale-up environment, are preferred but not required.
  • Strong goal focus and a consistent approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to handle objections and openness to coaching.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
  • Location in Ireland, with either remote work or access to a flexible office in Dublin.
