Description

  • Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads and schedule calls between site owners and Account Managers.
  • Set appointments with real estate property owners to help build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for call settings and closings.
  • Monitor origination waterfall activity to maintain the health and stability of the sales pipeline.
  • Provide user-experience input to origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to support the company’s competitive position.
  • Support lead-generation efforts as the first point of contact for inbound or outbound investment leads.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a call-center sales environment.
  • Ability to build rapport naturally with prospects and contacts.
  • Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
  • Familiarity with the real estate closing process is a plus.
  • Experience originating in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries is a plus.
  • Some college education or equivalent experience required.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills.

  • Hourly pay of $16-$17 per hour.
