Description

  • Lead client accounts of up to £400K revenue and own the client-agency relationship.
  • Set the strategic direction for client briefs from kickoff through campaign or project completion.
  • Run client meetings and internal team meetings.
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to the client brief.
  • Manage team priorities, resources, performance, and professional development.
  • Maintain high-quality deliverables through thorough accuracy and quality checks.
  • Monitor account profitability, hours against budget, forecasting, invoicing, and budget reconciliation.
  • Track project timelines, resource needs, and financial processes across the accounts you lead.
  • Develop annual account plans and lead review meetings to drive client strategy.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through existing and future clients.

Requirements

  • Experience leading client accounts and managing client-agency relationships.
  • Ability to oversee profitability, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and resource planning.
  • Experience managing and developing team members, including line management of more junior staff.
  • Strong strategic and commercial judgment in client briefs, campaigns, and new business pitches.
  • Working knowledge of therapeutic landscape relevant to client accounts.
  • Understanding of relevant codes of practice and legislation for communication with HCPs, payers, patients, third-party groups, and the public.
  • Ability to manage external service providers as required.
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings.
  • Experience with project management and financial systems/processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with health and safety, information security, and business ethics requirements is required.
