Description

  • Drive new business and manage end-to-end sales processes to exceed monthly quotas.
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads to create new opportunities and close deals.
  • Develop tailored strategies and solutions for small business clients.
  • Advise customers on how to best use HubSpot’s platform for business growth.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations for small business decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategy around new offerings.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline activity across a high volume of leads.

Requirements

  • 2 years of outbound SaaS BDR experience or 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Experience managing full sales cycle deals, ideally with a complex software solution.
  • Strong prospecting, lead nurturing, and net-new business development skills in outbound sales.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and deal-closing abilities.
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management for a high volume of leads.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and committed to exceeding targets.
  • Passion for small businesses and solving for the customer.
  • Ability to work remotely anywhere in Australia.
  • Experience with complex software solutions is preferred.
