Description

  • Drive new business and manage end-to-end sales processes to exceed monthly quotas.
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads to create and close new deals.
  • Develop tailored strategies and solutions for small business clients.
  • Provide expert guidance on using HubSpot’s platform to support business growth.
  • Deliver compelling product demos for small business decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategy as new offerings launch.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
  • Own accurate forecasting and pipeline management across a high volume of leads.

Requirements

  • 2 years of outbound SaaS BDR experience or 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Experience managing full sales cycle deals, ideally for a complex software solution.
  • Strong prospecting, nurturing, and net-new business development skills in outbound sales contexts.
  • Exceptional consultative selling ability and demonstrated success closing deals.
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management in a high-volume environment.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and committed to exceeding targets.
  • Passion for small businesses and solving for the customer.
  • Ability to work remotely anywhere in Australia; Sydney CBD office is available for ANZ.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar customer platform tools is a plus.
